The fact is that there are very few homes available for rent on Tilos,although rental income is now a major attraction to investors throughout the Dodecanes, especially Rhodes. Surprisingly, many requests pertained to low and out of season periods.
Owning a home in Greece has become very desirable, especially over the last few years, with an expected shortfall of land and suitable homes being available from 2007 onward. Our existing clients quickly realised that rental income could only be described as substantial, which makes the initial investment even more worthwhile.

If you are considering rental income, being an absent landlord can be a worry. We now have a well established service offering clients a comprehensive package to include building maintenance, gardening, pool testing and filtration checks, and preparing your home for the start of each season.

Viewing

Most people who have decided to live in Greece will probably have already taken a holiday on the island of their choice. Our viewing service includes advice on flights, ferry schedules, finding a lawyer, and even assisting you in setting up bank accounts, sourcing an accountant, and taking you through the procedures in obtaining your Greek tax registration.
